About Tri-Zone

Tri-Zone is a system in which personal data is evaluated while also considering the dynamics of a person's life and transformed into a personalized program. Tri-Zone is not just a training system. It is a complete system that considers sportive performance and consistency dependent on the harmony of training, nutrition, and recovery cycle.


Tri-Zone system applies to triathletes and athletes competing in just swimming, cycling, or running.


The most important goal of Tri-Zone is to provide a  sustainable performance for the athlete. The physical and anatomical characteristics of the person are carefully examined, health and performance tests are evaluated both before the beginning and throughout the process, and the intensity of the athlete's training program is constantly optimized by taking into account the changing life dynamics.

Why Tri-Zone?

Athletes who want to develop in a healthy and sustainable way in endurance sports such as swimming, cycling, and running, for which it is very difficult to manage training, resting and nutrition cycle should get expert support. It actually is compulsory in triathlon which we can see as a multisport of four disciplines with the addition of transitions.


As Tri-Zone, we are aware of what we do and don't know. That's why we also get professional support on some issues. We ensure that our athletes receive support from the right experts in fields such as orthopedics, sports medicine, nutrition, and cardiology. Before anything else, we aim for a sustainable and healthy sports life by being physically and mentally healthy.


As nationally and internationally certified coaches who are also active triathletes, we determine the training-nutrition-recovery cycle on a scientific basis and the characteristics of the athlete. We love sports, so our jobs, and work for developing everyday.

How do we do?

Planning

We evaluate the age, gender, ability, sports history, and physiological characteristics of the athlete or athlete candidate, taking into account the health checks and performance test data.


We make personalized training plans with measurable performance data such as heart rate zone, watt values, pace, and cadence.


We provide the training, nutrition, and recovery program with the athlete and follow the development process interactively via the measurement and evaluation platform .



Nutrition

According to the physiological characteristics and training volume of the athlete, we manage the diet with the support of a sports doctor and nutritionist.




Technical Improvement and Performance Development

We show the correct techniques specific to the disciplines with photos and videos and establish them with one-to-one applications.

We record the athlete to perform technical analysis and increase the awareness of the athlete, and create training plans for the correction of observed errors.

We provide technical improvement with special drills and repetitive training practices.

We maximize performance development with personalized training.


Equipment selection

We guide the selection of suitable running shoes according to running dynamics such as ground contact, stance, pronation, and posture analysis.

We provide a high-performance and healthy cycling experience with bike fitting support, in addition to choosing suitable bikes and related equipment.

We support the selection of swimming equipment that is suitable for the person.

In Tri-Zone, we plan and manage the training-nutrition-recovery cycle according to the goals of the athlete or athlete candidate by evaluating age, gender, ability, sports history, and physiological characteristics in regard to the health checks and performance test data.


We know that not every athlete can improve with the same training program and the same nutrition plan. Our primary goal in Tri-Zone is to build a healthy and sustainable sports life as far away from injuries and cardiological risk factors as possible.
