My sports adventure started with a summer swimming course in 2000, and it was just a summer sport for two years. Then I kept swimming in winter as well, and everything changed. Because two months later I was swimming in the regionals and the nationals just six months after. It was fearful at first but I enjoyed it more and wanted to do more every passing day. Eventually, I became the 50, 100, and 200 meters national champion in breaststroke and a national swimmer.
After swimming for 10 years, I switched to triathlon. I finished 3rd in my first race as a junior and was selected for the national team in a short time. I was a part of the candidate team for the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympic Games.
I earned the right to participate in the European Games with the points I collected in 2015. After an unfortunate injury during the competition, I broke my hip bone and had to say goodbye to my dream of the 2016 Olympics while I was at the top of my game. Although I could not become an Olympian, I started my coaching career in 2016 to share the experience I gained through my journey.
